Steve Veldhuis has nearly 25 years of experience in the controls engineering field. In 1993, he co-founded Control Concepts and Design (renamed E-Technologies Group in 2000) with Mr. Fagaly. Under Mr. Veldhuis’ leadership, E-Technologies Group has successfully fused automation and technology using unique object-oriented system designs that enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and provide significant cost savings for customers. Today, Mr. Veldhuis directs the company’s technology efforts and serves as chief architect for automation system designs and new technology. Mr. Veldhuis is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Cincinnati.

Doug Fagaly's career in controls engineering spans nearly 25 years. Mr. Fagaly began his career working in advanced controls and as a section manager. After working as a subcontractor for three years, in 1993 he co-founded Control Concepts and Design with Mr. Veldhuis; Control Concepts and Design was renamed E-Technologies Group in 2000. Today, Mr. Fagaly oversees business development and program management for E-Technologies Group. His teams are responsible for growing new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones through industry-leading customer service, innovation, individual ownership, and team performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering technology and earned his Professional Engineer certification in 1995.
